RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

www.firrak.com offers the possibility of returning products within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by the Customer and provided that the conditions set out on this page are met.

The Customer is not obliged to indicate the reason for the return and may only be required to bear the costs of returning the product. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by us, www.firrak.com shall not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs arising therefrom.

To exercise your right, you must fill in the form. Once received, you will be given the necessary instructions so that you can proceed with the shipment of the goods.

All goods must be returned in perfect condition, protected so that they are received correctly. The lack or deterioration of the original packaging does not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal, but may result in a depreciation of the product.

Once we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition, we will process the refund of the order within 15 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
